Mahlie Dukes, Owner/Managing Broker

Mahlie Dukes is the Owner and Managing Broker of Indiana Realty Group. Originally from Lafayette, she moved to the Indianapolis area to pursue a degree in Health Sciences and later completed her MBA, deepening her understanding of business and leadership. She now lives in Fishers with her family.

Mahlie began her real estate journey with a passion for helping others. She quickly became a top-selling broker at her first firm and, after just two years, earned her Managing Broker license and launched what is now Indiana Realty Group.

She loves connecting with people and guiding them through one of life’s most important decisions—finding a home. Mahlie is committed to building lasting relationships based on trust, honesty, and care, and she works hard to make the buying or selling experience smooth, rewarding, and personalized to each client’s needs.
